What to send when contacting support

  1. A problem description that explains the problem completely.
  2. Products and version number in products involved, for example: Kerio Connect 8.2.1, Outlook 2013.
  3. Kerio Connect license number and what company it is licensed for.
  4. Logs from Kerio Connect.
  5. Send to support@moreware.se
 NB - Make sure to keep all mail in the same thread in order to make it easier to follow up on a case.
